Por desgracia, hay casos en los que la inspección se ve obstaculizada no por culpa nuestra, sino normalmente por problemas en el lugar de la inspección o por la venta anticipada del vehículo. Llegamos al lugar pero no podemos realizar el SafeControl por motivos ajenos a nuestra voluntad. (Por ejemplo, el vendedor no se presenta en el lugar, el vehículo no se encuentra en la dirección indicada, el vehículo ha sido vendido, el vehículo no puede ser inspeccionado porque se encuentra en el taller, etc.). En estos casos, la tasa es de 279 EUR, y reembolsaremos la diferencia entre el importe abonado y 279 EUR. Naturalmente, documentaremos nuestra llegada y las circunstancias que condujeron a la cancelación, y aportaremos pruebas fotográficas.
