Leider gibt es Fälle, in denen die Inspektion nicht durch unser Verschulden behindert wird, sondern in der Regel durch Probleme am Ort der Inspektion oder durch den vorzeitigen Verkauf des Fahrzeugs. Wir treffen am Standort ein, können aber die SafeControl aus Gründen, die sich unserer Kontrolle entziehen, nicht durchführen. (z. B. der Verkäufer erscheint nicht vor Ort, das Fahrzeug befindet sich nicht an der angegebenen Adresse, das Fahrzeug wurde verkauft, das Fahrzeug kann nicht besichtigt werden, weil es sich in der Werkstatt befindet, usw.) In diesem Fall beträgt die Gebühr 279 EUR, und wir erstatten die Differenz zwischen dem gezahlten Betrag und 279 EUR. Selbstverständlich werden wir unsere Ankunft und die Umstände, die zur Stornierung geführt haben, dokumentieren und mit Fotos belegen.
